We staff all our cases with small teams. Generally, all three attorneys at our firm collaborate on cases. We believe that small teams make better strategic decisions than one attorney on his or her own. At our firm, all substantive work product is reviewed by at least one other attorney.
For any lawsuit, we build the best team possible. When a case requires a very large team or if it otherwise makes sense, we affiliate with other lawyers and firms to meet those needs, often as co-counsel. We have worked with and litigated against some of the very best attorneys in both Chicago and the United States.
